Some people use the phrase, "Allah knows my intention" to continue to be in sin or to just brush it off basing it in "Allah knows my intention" IF you have no choice but to be in a situation that may have haram around such as a job than do your best to change it and pray for help "for you do not want to stand before your creator in judgement day and he ask you "why you had done such and such? Why did you mingle with this sin?" And all you have to say is, "Allah you knew my intention."

||| VuHelp4U ||| THE FAREWELL SERMON OF THE PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PBUH)

Right before the prophet Muhammad died the prophet gave a farewell sermon, which is what we mainly call his last sermon. The prophet knew his time to pass on to the other life was near and so he gave the final sermon, the sermon was a final advice to the Muslims with him and for the generations of Muslims to come. Here is the sermon in full:

After praising and thanking Allah the Prophet (saws) said:

"O People, lend me an attentive ear, for I know not whether after this year I shall ever be amongst you again. Therefore listen to what I am saying very carefully and take these words to those who could not be present here today.

O People, just as you regard this month, this day, this city as Sacred, so regard the life and property of every Muslim as a sacred trust. Return the goods entrusted to you to their rightful owners. Hurt no one so that no one may hurt you. Remember that you will indeed meet your Lord, and that he will indeed reckon your deeds. Allah has forbidden you to take usury (interest), therefore all interest obligations shall henceforth be waived. Your capital is yours to keep. You will neither inflict nor suffer any inequity. Allah has judged that there shall be no interest and that all the interest due to Abbas ibn 'Abd'alMuttalib [the Prophet's uncle] be waived.

Every right arising out of homicide in pre-islamic days is henceforth waived and the first such right that I waive is that arising from the murder of Rabiahibn al Harithibn.

O People, the unbelievers indulge in tampering with the calender in order to make permissible that which Allah forbade, and to forbid that which Allah has made permissible. With Allah the months are twelve in number. Four of them are holy, three of these are successive and one occurs singly between the months of Jumada and Shaban.

Beware of Satan, for the safety of your religion. He has lost all hope of that he will be able to lead you astray in big things, so beware of following him in small things.

O People, it is true that you have certain rights with regard to your women but they also have rights over you. Remember that you have taken them as your wives only under Allah's trust and with His permission. If they abide by your right, then to them belongs the right to be fed and clothed in kindness. Do treat your women well and be kind to them for they are your partners and committed helpers. And it is your right that they do not make friends with anyone of whom you do not approve, as well as never to be unchaste. O People, listen to me in earnest, worship Allah, say your five daily prayers, fast during the month of Ramadhan, and give your wealth in Zakat. Perform Hajj if you can afford to.

All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white has no superiority over a black nor a black has any superiority over a white - except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly. Do not therefore do injustice to yourselves. Remember one day you will meet Allah and answer your deeds. So beware: do not stray from the path of righteousness after I am gone.

O People, no prophet or apostle will come after me, and no new faith will be born. Reason well, therefore, O People, and understand my words which I convey to you. I leave behind me two things, the Qur'an and my Sunnah and if you follow these you will never go astray.

All those who listen to me shall pass on my words to others and those to others again; and may the last ones understand my words better than those who listen to me directly. Be my witness, O Allah, that I have conveyed Your message to Your people."

kabhi kabhar ka exact matlab wohi hota he jo Hazrat Aysha(R.A) ne hmen amal kar k dikhaya tha . apne bhi ki qabar per poori zindagi me just 1 dafa hi gain then aur sath hi ye b keh diya k agar tumhari tadfeen mere hote hoe hoi hoti tu aaj bi na aati. aakhir hamari muslim aurton ne in examples ko nahi follow karna tu phir kin logon ko follow karna he?

iske ilawa buhat se ulma k nazdeek tu wese hi aurat ka qabarstan jana haram aur gunah ka bais aur unke pass dalail b hen .... is liye in baton se jitna bacha jay utna hi acha he chooti burai hamesha barhi burai ka darwaza khoolti he.

''رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قبروں کی زیارت کرنے والی عورتوں اور قبروں پر مسجدیں بنانے اور چراغ جلانے والوں پر لعنت کی ہے۔''
عورت کے لیے قبرستان جانا حلال نہیں ہے بشرطیکہ وہ زیارت کے قصد سے گھر سے نکلے اور اگر وہ زیارت کے قصد کے بغیر قبرستان کے پاس سے گزر رہی ہو تو اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں کہ وہ قبرستان کے پاس کھڑی ہو جائے اور اہل قبور کو اس طرح سلام کہے جس طرح نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی امت کو سکھایا ہے۔ بہرحال قصد زیارت سے گھر سے نکلنے والی عورت اور بلا قصد و ارادہ قبروں کے پاس سے گزرنے والی عورت میں فرق کیا جائے گا کہ جو عورت قبرستان جانے کے قصد وارادہ سے گھر سے نکلے اس نے حرام فعل کا ارتکاب کیا اور اپنے آپ کو اللہ تعالیٰ کی لعنت کا مستحق قرار دے لیا۔⁽¹⁾ اور دوسری وہ عورت جو اتفاق سے قبرستان کے پاس سے گزر رہی ہو اس کے لئے قبروں کے پاس سے گزرنے اور سلام کہنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔

عورتوں کے لیے قبرستان جانا جائز ہے , البتہ بکثرت جانا منع ہے ۔
پہلے پہل رسول اللہ صلى اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مردوں اور عورتوں سب کو قبرستان جانے سے منع فرما دیا تھا لیکن بعد میں آپ صلى اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسکی رخصت دے دی اور فرمایا :
نہیتکم عن زیارۃ القبور فزوروھا (صحیح مسلم کتاب الجنائز باب استئذان النبی صلى اللہ علیہ وسلم ربہ ح ۹۷۷)
میں نے تمہیں قبروں کی زیارت سے منع کیا تھا اب زیارت کیا کرو۔
اس اجازت میں مرد اور عورتیں دونوں شامل ہیں ۔
البتہ بکثرت قبرستان جانے سے رسول اللہ صلى اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عورتوں کو منع کیا ہے بلکہ اس عمل پر لعنت فرمائی ہے (سنن ترمذی کتاب الجنائز باب ما جاء فی کراھیۃ زیارۃ القبور للنساء ح ۱۰۵۹)
ان دلائل سے نتیجہ یہ نکلا کہ عورتیں کبھی کبھار قبروں پر جاسکتی ہیں ۔
البتہ دوسرے شہر کے قبرستان میں بالقصد سفر کرکے جانا یہ مردوں اور عورتوں سب کے لے ممنوع ہے ۔
رسول اللہ صلى اللہ علیہ وسلم نے صرف اور صرف تین مساجد : مسجد حرام , مسجد اقصی اور مسجد نبوی کی طرف بغرض ثواب سفر کو جائز قرار دیا ہے , اور باقی تمام تر علاقوں کا سفر بغرض ثواب ممنوع قرار دیا ہے (صحیح بخاری کتاب الجمعۃ باب فضل الصلاۃ فی مسجد مکۃ والمدینۃ ح ۱۱۸۹)

عورتوں کے قبرستان جانے کے بارے میں کیا مسئلہ ہے؟

وعلیکم السلام ورحمة اللہ وبرکاته!
الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام علىٰ رسول الله، أما بعد!
رخت سفر کرکے جانا تو منع ہے رسول اللہﷺ فرماتے ہیں
«لاَ تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلاَّ إِلٰی ثَلاَثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ»
''نہ رخت سفر باندھا جائے مگر تین مساجد کی طرف'' (الحدیث) یہ حکم مرد وعورت دونوں کے لیے ہے البتہ رخت سفر باندھے بغیر قبرستان جانا عورتوں کے لیے اگر بکثرت ہو تو باعث لعنت ہے ۔ حدیث میں ہے :
«لَعَنَ رَسُوْلُ اﷲِﷺ زَوَّارَاتِ الْقُبُوْر»جامع الترمذى-ابواب الجنائز-باب ماجاء فى كراهية زيارة القبور النساء
''رسول اللہﷺنے کثرت سے قبروں کی زیارت کرنے والی عورتوں پر لعنت کی ہے''جن روایات میں زائرات کا لفظ وارد ہوا ہے وہ زوّارات پر محمول ہے
«کَمَا قَرَّرَ فِیْ مَوْضِعِهِ أَنَّ الْعَامَ یُبْنَی عَلَی الْخَاصِ ، وَأَنَّ الْمُطْلَقَ یُحْمَلُ عَلَی الْمُقَیَّدِ إِلاَّ بِثَبَتٍ ، وَلاَ ثَبَتَ هٰهُنَا''

الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام علىٰ رسول الله، أما بعد!
یہ بات درست ہے کہ رسول اللہﷺنے پہلے پہل زیارت قبور سے منع فرما دیا تھا بعد میں آپﷺ نے اجازت دے دی۔(ترمذی۔الجلدالاول۔ابواب الجنائز۔باب ماجاء فی الرخصۃ فی زیارۃ القبور) اور اس اجازت میں مرد وعورت دونوں شامل ہیں مگر شرط یہ ہے کہ محض زیارت قبور کی خاطر شدر حال نہ ہو اور عورت بکثرت زیارت نہ کرے کیونکہ حدیث میں ہے : «لاَ تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلاَّ إِلٰی ثَلاَثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ»بخارى-كتاب فضل الصلاة فى مسجد مكة,المدية باب فضل الصلاة فى مسجدمكة والمدينة الخ ''نہ سامان سفر باندھا جائے مگر تین مسجدوں کی طرف'' اور ترمذی شریف میں ہے«لَعَنَ رَسُوْلُ اﷲِ ﷺ زَوَّارَاتِ الْقُبُوْرَ»تحفه3/156 ''رسول اللہﷺ نے ایسی عورتوں پر لعنت کی جو بکثرت زیارت قبور کریں'' مزید تفصیل کے لیے شیخ البانی حفظہ اللہ کی کتاب احکام الجنائز کا مطالعہ فرمائیں ۔ خصوصاً صفحہ ۱۷۸ تا ۱۸۷۔

عورتوں کے لئے قبرستان جانا حرام اور ممنوع ہے،نبی کریم نے فرمایا:
«لعن الله زوارات القبور. صححه الألباني»
قبروں کی زیارت کرنے والی عورتوں پر اللہ لعنت فرمائے۔
مذكورہ حديث كى بنا پر صحيح تو يہى ہے كہ عورتوں كے ليے قبروں كى زيارت كرنا جائز نہيں، ، لھذا عورتوں پر واجب ہے كہ وہ قبروں كى زيارت كرنا چھوڑ ديں، اور جس عورت نے جہالت اور لاعلمى ميں قبر كى زيارت كى لى تو اس پر كوئى حرج نہيں، اب اسے چاہيے كہ وہ آئندہ ايسا نہ كرے، اور اگر اس نے ايسا كيا تو اسے توبہ و استغفار كرنا ہو گى، اور توبہ پہلےگناہ ختم كرديتى ہے.

لھذا قبروں كى زيارت مردوں كے ساتھ خاص ہے، نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:
«كنت نهيتكم عن زيارة القبور فزوروها فإنها تذكر بالآخرة. رواه مسلم»
میں نے تمہیں قبروں كى زيارت سے منع کیا تھا اب تم ان کی زیارت كيا كرو، كيونكہ يہ تمہيں آخرت ياد دلاتى ہے"
شروع اسلام ميں مردوں اور عورتوں دونوں كے ليے قبروں كى زيارت كرنا ممنوع تھى، كيونكہ مسلمان ابھى نئے نئے مسلمان ہوئے تھے اور وہ جاہليت ميں فوت شدگان كى عبادت كيا كرتے تھے، اور ان كے ساتھ متعلق تھے تو شر كے سد ذريعہ اور شركيہ مادہ كو ختم كرنے كے ليے قبروں كى زيارت كرنا ممنوع قرار دے ديا گيا، اور جب اسلام نے استقرار حاصل كر ليا اور مسلمانوں نے شريعت اسلاميہ كو سمجھ ليا تو اللہ تعالى نے ان كے ليے قبروں كى زيارت مشروع كردى، كيونكہ زيارت كرنے ميں عبرت و نصيحت اور موت اور آخرت كى ياد آتى ہے، اور فوت شدگان كے ليے دعائے استغفار اور ان كے ليے رحم كى دعا كى جاتى ہے.

پھر اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى نے عورتوں كو زيارت كرنے سے منع كر ديا، علماء كرام كا صحيح قول يہى ہے، كيونكہ مرد فتنے ميں پڑجاتے ہيں، اور ہو سكتا ہے وہ خود بھى فتنے ميں پڑ جائيں، اور اس ليے انہيں زيارت سے منع كيا گيا ہے كہ ان ميں صبر و تحمل بہت كم ہوتا ہے، اور وہ بہت زيادہ جزع فزع كرتى ہيں، تو اللہ تعالى نے ان پر رحمت اور احسان كرتے ہوئے ان پر قبروں كى زيارت حرام كردى.

اور پھر اس ميں مردوں كے ليے بھى احسان ہے، كيونكہ قبر كے پاس سب كا جمع ہونے سے ہو سكتا ہے فتنہ كا باعث بنے، تو يہ اللہ تعالى كى رحمت ہے كہ انہيں قبروں كى زيارت سے منع كر ديا گيا.
ليكن نماز جنازہ ادا كرنے ميں كوئى حرج نہيں، لھذا عورتيں نماز جنازہ ادا كر سكتى ہيں، صرف انہيں قبروں كى زيارت كرنے سے منع كيا گيا، لھذا ممانعت پر دلالت كرنے والى احاديث كى بنا پر علماء كرام كے صحيح قول كے مطابق عورت كے ليے قبر كى زيارت كرنا جائز نہيں، اور اس پركوئى كفارہ نہيں بلكہ وہ صرف توبہ كرے.

اِسے امام مسلم اور نسائی نے روایت کیا ہے۔
عَنْ عَبْدِ اﷲِ بْنِ أبِي مُلَيکَة رضي اﷲ عنهما قَالَ تُوُفِّيَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمٰنِ بْنُ أبِي بَکْرٍ رضي اﷲ عنهما بِحُبْشِيٍّ، قَالَ : فَحُمِلَ إِلٰي مَکَّة فَدُفِنَ فِيها فَلَمَّا قَدِمَتْ عَائِشَة أتَتْ قَبْرَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمٰنِ بْنِ أبِي بَکْرٍ فَقَالَتْ :

وَکُنَّا کَنَدْمَانَي جَذِيمَة حِقْبَة
مِنَ الدَّهرِ حَتّٰي قِيلَ لَنْ يتَصَدَّعَا
فَلَمَّا تَفَرَّقْنَا کَأنِّي وَمَالِکًا
لِطُولِ اجْتِمَاعٍ لَمْ نَبِتْ لَيلَة مَعَا
ثُمَّ قَالَتْ : وَاﷲِ، لَوْ حَضَرْتُکَ مَا دُفِنْتَ إِلَّا حَيثُ مُتَّ وَلَوْ شَهدْتُکَ مَا زُرْتُکَ. رَوَاه التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالْحَاکِمُ.
أخرجه الترمذي في السنن، کتاب الجنائز، باب ما جاء في زيارة القبور للنساء، 3 / 371، الرقم : 1055، والحاکم في المستدرک، 3 / 541، الرقم : 6013، والهيثمي في مجمع الزوائد، 3 / 60.
حضرت عبداللہ بن ابی ملیکہ رضی اﷲ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ حضرت عبد الرحمن بن ابی بکر رضی اﷲ عنہما کا مقام حبشی میں انتقال ہوا تو آپ کو مکہ مکرمہ لا کر دفن کیا گیا، جب حضرت عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اﷲ عنہا آپ کی قبر پر تشریف لائیں تو (اشعار میں) فرمایا :

''ہم جذیمہ بادشاہ کے دو مصاحبوں کی طرح عرصہ دراز تک اکٹھے رہے یہاں تک کہ کہا گیا ہرگز جدا نہیں ہوں گے، پس جب جدا ہو گئے تو گویا کہ مدت دراز تک اکٹھا رہنے کے باوجود میں اور مالک نے ایک رات بھی اکٹھے نہیں گزاری''۔
پھر فرمایا : اللہ کی قسم! اگر میں وہاں ہوتی تو تمہیں وہیں دفن کراتی جہاں تمہارا انتقال ہوا اور اگر میں حاضر ہوتی تو تمہاری زیارت نہ کرتی۔'' اِسے امام ترمذی اور حاکم نے روایت کیا ہے۔

dosri waja ye k QAWI ahadees se aise references hargiz nah milte k UMHAT UL MOMINEEN(R.A),SAHABIAT(R.A) aurton k liye qabarstan jana aham raha ho. balke aik buhat important references he k HAZRAT AYSHA(R.A) apne bhi ki baqar per 1st time gain tu unho ne kaha k agar tumhari tadfeen k waqat me mujood hoti tu aaj yahan na aati.

||| VuHelp4U ||| Why Complain?

Muslims should work towards long-term planning.

The problem is that we Muslims look for immediate results from our struggles, rallies, demonstrations or anything that we are working for.

This is against the principles of nature. We fail to achieve our goals because we are hasty and want "urgent and immediate" results.

Others, be it the Jews or so many other communities not only work hard, but also plan on a long term basis.

Trees take a long time to grow, but once they grow, they remain strong.

Same with birds and animals who migrate in search of food and water. They travel great distances for months to get the right food.

But we Muslims want to reap the benefits without working hard, without any sacrifices.

We want to get the world and Allah, along with heaven too.

We Muslims have remained the chronic complainers always complaining about each other, other communities, the government, the leaders and many other things.

ENOUGH! STOP IT!

If we focus on working hard, we will achieve our goals Inshallah.

We cannot expect success to drop from the sky.

We should accept and take responsibility for our own lives, learn as much as we can not just from Muslims but the wider communities - lets grow together!

kabhi kabhar ka exact matlab wohi hota he jo Hazrat Aysha(R.A) ne hmen amal kar k dikhaya tha . apne bhi ki qabar per poori zindagi me just 1 dafa hi gain then aur sath hi ye b keh diya k agar tumhari tadfeen mere hote hoe hoi hoti tu aaj bi na aati. aakhir hamari muslim aurton ne in examples ko nahi follow karna tu phir kin logon ko follow karna he?

iske ilawa buhat se ulma k nazdeek tu wese hi aurat ka qabarstan jana haram aur gunah ka bais aur unke pass dalail b hen .... is liye in baton se jitna bacha jay utna hi acha he chooti burai hamesha barhi burai ka darwaza khoolti he.

''رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قبروں کی زیارت کرنے والی عورتوں اور قبروں پر مسجدیں بنانے اور چراغ جلانے والوں پر لعنت کی ہے۔''
عورت کے لیے قبرستان جانا حلال نہیں ہے بشرطیکہ وہ زیارت کے قصد سے گھر سے نکلے اور اگر وہ زیارت کے قصد کے بغیر قبرستان کے پاس سے گزر رہی ہو تو اس میں کوئی حرج نہیں کہ وہ قبرستان کے پاس کھڑی ہو جائے اور اہل قبور کو اس طرح سلام کہے جس طرح نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اپنی امت کو سکھایا ہے۔ بہرحال قصد زیارت سے گھر سے نکلنے والی عورت اور بلا قصد و ارادہ قبروں کے پاس سے گزرنے والی عورت میں فرق کیا جائے گا کہ جو عورت قبرستان جانے کے قصد وارادہ سے گھر سے نکلے اس نے حرام فعل کا ارتکاب کیا اور اپنے آپ کو اللہ تعالیٰ کی لعنت کا مستحق قرار دے لیا۔⁽¹⁾ اور دوسری وہ عورت جو اتفاق سے قبرستان کے پاس سے گزر رہی ہو اس کے لئے قبروں کے پاس سے گزرنے اور سلام کہنے میں کوئی حرج نہیں۔

عورتوں کے لیے قبرستان جانا جائز ہے , البتہ بکثرت جانا منع ہے ۔
پہلے پہل رسول اللہ صلى اللہ علیہ وسلم نے مردوں اور عورتوں سب کو قبرستان جانے سے منع فرما دیا تھا لیکن بعد میں آپ صلى اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسکی رخصت دے دی اور فرمایا :
نہیتکم عن زیارۃ القبور فزوروھا (صحیح مسلم کتاب الجنائز باب استئذان النبی صلى اللہ علیہ وسلم ربہ ح ۹۷۷)
میں نے تمہیں قبروں کی زیارت سے منع کیا تھا اب زیارت کیا کرو۔
اس اجازت میں مرد اور عورتیں دونوں شامل ہیں ۔
البتہ بکثرت قبرستان جانے سے رسول اللہ صلى اللہ علیہ وسلم نے عورتوں کو منع کیا ہے بلکہ اس عمل پر لعنت فرمائی ہے (سنن ترمذی کتاب الجنائز باب ما جاء فی کراھیۃ زیارۃ القبور للنساء ح ۱۰۵۹)
ان دلائل سے نتیجہ یہ نکلا کہ عورتیں کبھی کبھار قبروں پر جاسکتی ہیں ۔
البتہ دوسرے شہر کے قبرستان میں بالقصد سفر کرکے جانا یہ مردوں اور عورتوں سب کے لے ممنوع ہے ۔
رسول اللہ صلى اللہ علیہ وسلم نے صرف اور صرف تین مساجد : مسجد حرام , مسجد اقصی اور مسجد نبوی کی طرف بغرض ثواب سفر کو جائز قرار دیا ہے , اور باقی تمام تر علاقوں کا سفر بغرض ثواب ممنوع قرار دیا ہے (صحیح بخاری کتاب الجمعۃ باب فضل الصلاۃ فی مسجد مکۃ والمدینۃ ح ۱۱۸۹)

وعلیکم السلام ورحمة اللہ وبرکاته!
الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام علىٰ رسول الله، أما بعد!
رخت سفر کرکے جانا تو منع ہے رسول اللہﷺ فرماتے ہیں
«لاَ تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلاَّ إِلٰی ثَلاَثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ»
''نہ رخت سفر باندھا جائے مگر تین مساجد کی طرف'' (الحدیث) یہ حکم مرد وعورت دونوں کے لیے ہے البتہ رخت سفر باندھے بغیر قبرستان جانا عورتوں کے لیے اگر بکثرت ہو تو باعث لعنت ہے ۔ حدیث میں ہے :
«لَعَنَ رَسُوْلُ اﷲِﷺ زَوَّارَاتِ الْقُبُوْر»جامع الترمذى-ابواب الجنائز-باب ماجاء فى كراهية زيارة القبور النساء
''رسول اللہﷺنے کثرت سے قبروں کی زیارت کرنے والی عورتوں پر لعنت کی ہے''جن روایات میں زائرات کا لفظ وارد ہوا ہے وہ زوّارات پر محمول ہے
«کَمَا قَرَّرَ فِیْ مَوْضِعِهِ أَنَّ الْعَامَ یُبْنَی عَلَی الْخَاصِ ، وَأَنَّ الْمُطْلَقَ یُحْمَلُ عَلَی الْمُقَیَّدِ إِلاَّ بِثَبَتٍ ، وَلاَ ثَبَتَ هٰهُنَا''

الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام علىٰ رسول الله، أما بعد!
یہ بات درست ہے کہ رسول اللہﷺنے پہلے پہل زیارت قبور سے منع فرما دیا تھا بعد میں آپﷺ نے اجازت دے دی۔(ترمذی۔الجلدالاول۔ابواب الجنائز۔باب ماجاء فی الرخصۃ فی زیارۃ القبور) اور اس اجازت میں مرد وعورت دونوں شامل ہیں مگر شرط یہ ہے کہ محض زیارت قبور کی خاطر شدر حال نہ ہو اور عورت بکثرت زیارت نہ کرے کیونکہ حدیث میں ہے : «لاَ تُشَدُّ الرِّحَالُ إِلاَّ إِلٰی ثَلاَثَةِ مَسَاجِدَ»بخارى-كتاب فضل الصلاة فى مسجد مكة,المدية باب فضل الصلاة فى مسجدمكة والمدينة الخ ''نہ سامان سفر باندھا جائے مگر تین مسجدوں کی طرف'' اور ترمذی شریف میں ہے«لَعَنَ رَسُوْلُ اﷲِ ﷺ زَوَّارَاتِ الْقُبُوْرَ»تحفه3/156 ''رسول اللہﷺ نے ایسی عورتوں پر لعنت کی جو بکثرت زیارت قبور کریں'' مزید تفصیل کے لیے شیخ البانی حفظہ اللہ کی کتاب احکام الجنائز کا مطالعہ فرمائیں ۔ خصوصاً صفحہ ۱۷۸ تا ۱۸۷۔

عورتوں کے لئے قبرستان جانا حرام اور ممنوع ہے،نبی کریم نے فرمایا:
«لعن الله زوارات القبور. صححه الألباني»
قبروں کی زیارت کرنے والی عورتوں پر اللہ لعنت فرمائے۔
مذكورہ حديث كى بنا پر صحيح تو يہى ہے كہ عورتوں كے ليے قبروں كى زيارت كرنا جائز نہيں، ، لھذا عورتوں پر واجب ہے كہ وہ قبروں كى زيارت كرنا چھوڑ ديں، اور جس عورت نے جہالت اور لاعلمى ميں قبر كى زيارت كى لى تو اس پر كوئى حرج نہيں، اب اسے چاہيے كہ وہ آئندہ ايسا نہ كرے، اور اگر اس نے ايسا كيا تو اسے توبہ و استغفار كرنا ہو گى، اور توبہ پہلےگناہ ختم كرديتى ہے.

لھذا قبروں كى زيارت مردوں كے ساتھ خاص ہے، نبى كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم نے فرمايا:
«كنت نهيتكم عن زيارة القبور فزوروها فإنها تذكر بالآخرة. رواه مسلم»
میں نے تمہیں قبروں كى زيارت سے منع کیا تھا اب تم ان کی زیارت كيا كرو، كيونكہ يہ تمہيں آخرت ياد دلاتى ہے"
شروع اسلام ميں مردوں اور عورتوں دونوں كے ليے قبروں كى زيارت كرنا ممنوع تھى، كيونكہ مسلمان ابھى نئے نئے مسلمان ہوئے تھے اور وہ جاہليت ميں فوت شدگان كى عبادت كيا كرتے تھے، اور ان كے ساتھ متعلق تھے تو شر كے سد ذريعہ اور شركيہ مادہ كو ختم كرنے كے ليے قبروں كى زيارت كرنا ممنوع قرار دے ديا گيا، اور جب اسلام نے استقرار حاصل كر ليا اور مسلمانوں نے شريعت اسلاميہ كو سمجھ ليا تو اللہ تعالى نے ان كے ليے قبروں كى زيارت مشروع كردى، كيونكہ زيارت كرنے ميں عبرت و نصيحت اور موت اور آخرت كى ياد آتى ہے، اور فوت شدگان كے ليے دعائے استغفار اور ان كے ليے رحم كى دعا كى جاتى ہے.

پھر اللہ سبحانہ وتعالى نے عورتوں كو زيارت كرنے سے منع كر ديا، علماء كرام كا صحيح قول يہى ہے، كيونكہ مرد فتنے ميں پڑجاتے ہيں، اور ہو سكتا ہے وہ خود بھى فتنے ميں پڑ جائيں، اور اس ليے انہيں زيارت سے منع كيا گيا ہے كہ ان ميں صبر و تحمل بہت كم ہوتا ہے، اور وہ بہت زيادہ جزع فزع كرتى ہيں، تو اللہ تعالى نے ان پر رحمت اور احسان كرتے ہوئے ان پر قبروں كى زيارت حرام كردى.

اور پھر اس ميں مردوں كے ليے بھى احسان ہے، كيونكہ قبر كے پاس سب كا جمع ہونے سے ہو سكتا ہے فتنہ كا باعث بنے، تو يہ اللہ تعالى كى رحمت ہے كہ انہيں قبروں كى زيارت سے منع كر ديا گيا.
ليكن نماز جنازہ ادا كرنے ميں كوئى حرج نہيں، لھذا عورتيں نماز جنازہ ادا كر سكتى ہيں، صرف انہيں قبروں كى زيارت كرنے سے منع كيا گيا، لھذا ممانعت پر دلالت كرنے والى احاديث كى بنا پر علماء كرام كے صحيح قول كے مطابق عورت كے ليے قبر كى زيارت كرنا جائز نہيں، اور اس پركوئى كفارہ نہيں بلكہ وہ صرف توبہ كرے.

عَنْ عَبْدِ اﷲِ بْنِ أبِي مُلَيکَة رضي اﷲ عنهما قَالَ تُوُفِّيَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمٰنِ بْنُ أبِي بَکْرٍ رضي اﷲ عنهما بِحُبْشِيٍّ، قَالَ : فَحُمِلَ إِلٰي مَکَّة فَدُفِنَ فِيها فَلَمَّا قَدِمَتْ عَائِشَة أتَتْ قَبْرَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمٰنِ بْنِ أبِي بَکْرٍ فَقَالَتْ :

وَکُنَّا کَنَدْمَانَي جَذِيمَة حِقْبَة
مِنَ الدَّهرِ حَتّٰي قِيلَ لَنْ يتَصَدَّعَا
فَلَمَّا تَفَرَّقْنَا کَأنِّي وَمَالِکًا
لِطُولِ اجْتِمَاعٍ لَمْ نَبِتْ لَيلَة مَعَا
ثُمَّ قَالَتْ : وَاﷲِ، لَوْ حَضَرْتُکَ مَا دُفِنْتَ إِلَّا حَيثُ مُتَّ وَلَوْ شَهدْتُکَ مَا زُرْتُکَ. رَوَاه التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَالْحَاکِمُ.
أخرجه الترمذي في السنن، کتاب الجنائز، باب ما جاء في زيارة القبور للنساء، 3 / 371، الرقم : 1055، والحاکم في المستدرک، 3 / 541، الرقم : 6013، والهيثمي في مجمع الزوائد، 3 / 60.
حضرت عبداللہ بن ابی ملیکہ رضی اﷲ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ حضرت عبد الرحمن بن ابی بکر رضی اﷲ عنہما کا مقام حبشی میں انتقال ہوا تو آپ کو مکہ مکرمہ لا کر دفن کیا گیا، جب حضرت عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اﷲ عنہا آپ کی قبر پر تشریف لائیں تو (اشعار میں) فرمایا :

''ہم جذیمہ بادشاہ کے دو مصاحبوں کی طرح عرصہ دراز تک اکٹھے رہے یہاں تک کہ کہا گیا ہرگز جدا نہیں ہوں گے، پس جب جدا ہو گئے تو گویا کہ مدت دراز تک اکٹھا رہنے کے باوجود میں اور مالک نے ایک رات بھی اکٹھے نہیں گزاری''۔
پھر فرمایا : اللہ کی قسم! اگر میں وہاں ہوتی تو تمہیں وہیں دفن کراتی جہاں تمہارا انتقال ہوا اور اگر میں حاضر ہوتی تو تمہاری زیارت نہ کرتی۔'' اِسے امام ترمذی اور حاکم نے روایت کیا ہے۔
