اقرباء و رشتہ داروں كو زكاۃ دينا
كيا اپنے محتاج اور ضرورتمند رشتہ داروں، مثلا بہن بھائى، چچا، پھوپھى وغيرہ كو زكاۃ دينى جائز ہے ؟
اگر وہ اپنے قريبيوں كو زكاۃ ادا كرے جو اس كے خاندان سے تعلق ركھتے ہيں تو يہ دوسروں كو دينے سے افضل ہے جو اس كے رشتہ دار نہ ہوں كيونكہ قريبى اور رشتہ دار كو زكاۃ اور صدقہ دينا ايك تو صدقہ ہے، اور دوسرى صلہ رحمى بھى....
رسول كريم صلى اللہ عليہ وسلم كا فرمان ہے:
" مسكين پر صدقہ كرنا تو عام صدقہ ہے، اور رشتہ دار پر صدقہ كرنا دو چيزيں، ايك تو صدقہ اور دوسرى صلہ رحمى "
سنن نسائى حديث نمبر ( 2581 ) سنن ترمذى حديث نمبر ( 658 ) علامہ البانى رحمہ اللہ تعالى نے صحيح سنن نسائى حديث نمبر ( 2420 ) ميں اسے صحيح قرار ديا ہے.
ليكن اگر يہ رشتہ دار اور اقرباء ان ميں سے ہوں جن كا آپ كے ذمہ نان و نفقہ ہے، اور آپ انہيں زكاۃ دے كر اپنا مال بچائيں تو يہ جائز نہيں ہے.
ليكن اگر آپ كا مال ان پر خرچ كرنے كے ليے كافى نہ ہو تو پھر آپ انہيں زكاۃ بھى ديں تو اس ميں كوئى حرج نہيں، اور اسى طرح اگر وہ لوگوں كے مقروض ہوں اور آپ اپنى زكاۃ سے ان كے قرض ادا كرديں تو اس ميں بھى كوئى حرج نہيں.
كيونكہ قرض كى ادائيگى كسى قريبى كے ذمہ نہيں تو اس طرح اس كا قرض كا اپنى زكاۃ سے ادا كرنا جائز ہوگا، حتى كہ اگر وہ آپ كا بيٹا يا والد ہو اور وہ مقروض ہونے كى وجہ سے قرض ادا نہ كر سكتا ہو، تو آپ كے ليے جائز ہے كہ اپنى زكاۃ سے وہ قرض ادا كرديں.
