Dear friends, hope u all r fine. 

i need your advice:

Agar kisi ka naam Merit Scholarships List mein aya ho, to iska kya matlab hai?

I mean I know what is a scholarship, but agay kya karna hoga? 

bs list mein naam aya ha, aur koi notification nahi mili.
