Majority of the business organizations follow the SMEDA business plans, in such some businesses are down or fail to continue their business with the use of SMEDA method it is not fault of business plan of SMEDA it id fault of the business management and the business developers. The majority of proprietors and SMEDA experts are of different views regarding business plans and its practical implications because the proprietors of the business are not doing the practical implementation of the business that's why the why majority of proprietors and SMEDA experts are of different views regarding business plans.
Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (SMEDA) of Pakistan has made special efforts and uploaded many prefeasibility reports for the guidance of businessmen. But it is observed that even with good business plan, the businesses met failures. Many proprietors are of the view that business plan or prefeasibility reports are the documentary requirement(s) to get the financial assistance from the banks or financial institutions and have no practical utilization. Thus they pay less attention in defining fine and hassle free business plans and apply their own practical experiences. On contrary, SMEDA experts are of the view that unless or until the proprietors do not bridge the gap between the business plans on papers and its pragmatic implementation, the desired results of development, and growth of business cannot be achieved.
The SMEDA should take to persuade proprietors for business plan and it practical implementation in business to impose the law for the organization or companies and SMEDA would be organizing the group discussions and the business awareness programs. Every business organizations and proprietors are hassle of the business plan every one applying their own plan for a business and at last the business will fail. SMEDA should arrange the trainings and business plans awareness programs will arrange to mature the business man's about the business plans.
