The Vision is to created to support those who lead, manage, and use information technology to benefit higher education.
b. Identify the following needs;
Data needs
Data need would be subject information like course, notes etc. It also require software
Functional needs
The hardware and the software requirement to run Learning management System. It should help to manage learning resources, administrative functions, assessments and grading.
Contextual needs
It is the usability of the software. how easy it is to help the student and the teachers to perform there daily activites.
Requirements (Technical, Organizational, users etc)
It can include user manuals, to learn the management system, grading system and function assessments. Explain about the software and hardware platform to simplify the learning management system regular activies
