frends hm scanned images ko editable objects main kese change kr sktay hen? koi software hay jo change kr dey easily.... plz reply...

ma ne aj ek paper scan kia but voh editable object ma change krnay k bjaye paint ma ja k edit kia or jis ki vja se us ki quality kharab ho gai or jb ma ne laser printer se us  ka print niakala tou voh further photocopy krvanay k qabil nahi thaa... so plz help me

main objects ko scan krun or usko edit kr k kuch changes kr k image se word file me convert krun or phr laser printer se print out le lun....

plz tell me software...
